Mkout

This program writes a SNNS output pattern to stdout. This program can be used together with mkpat and mkhead to produce pattern files from raw files in a shell script.

Synopsis: mkout <units> <active_unit>

where:

 
		  units 		 is the number of output units

		  active_unit  		 is the unit which has to be activated
