The 3D interface is called with the 
button in the info
panel. It opens the 3D Control panel which controls the network
display. When the configuration file of a three dimensional network is
loaded, the control panel and the display window are opened
automatically, if this was specified in the configuration. No
additional control panel may be opened if one is already open.
The 3D interface is left by pressing the 
button in
the control panel.
