| Welcome to the Data Warehouse Lifecycle Toolkit CD-ROM. We've
collected many of the templates and figures from the book along with a few additional
items on this CD. This Web page serves as a simple front end to help you navigate the contents of
the CD-ROM. The buttons on the left will take you to pages that describe the major subject areas
on the CD-ROM with links to specific files. If your browser is set up to directly link to Microsoft Word and
